Alltel Late With Samsung Delve
Alltel is late to the party yet again, being the last major US carrier that is offering the Samsung Delve. This full touch screen display handset does share some resemblances with the Instinct for Sprint, but it does differ in terms of non-touch call and menu buttons. The Samsung Delve is also the first US phone which offers Samsung's TouchWiz interface, although it does lack a smartphone operating system like its much higher end sibling, the Omnia.
